Polearms

The Polearms group consists of long, two handed weapons only available to the Vanguard. They often have at least semi-effective stabs and do significant damage per hit. Two handed spears are included in this category, but thrown spears are not.

Polearms have powerful ranged piercing stabs and swings at the cost of the other attacks' damage. Spears exchange their overhead swing for a powerful piercing lunge. Polearms often do Swing-Blunt damage.with their swings, similar to that of the Axe class.
